THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED PURSUANT TO GOVERNANCE REGULATIONS ARTICLE 18.0

 The Board has called the Annual Meeting of the Nova Scotia College of Medical Laboratory Technologists as follows:

TIME: 10:00 - 10:30am

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

 

NOTE:

  • You must register online and registration closes one hour (9am) prior to commencement of the annual meeting. 
  • This meeting will provide members of the public, registrants, and other key partners with an opportunity to receive updates regarding NSCMLT’s business affairs from the Board, the Executive Director/Registrar, as well as from external auditors. Additionally, the meeting will serve as a platform for all key partners to pose inquiries and engage in discussions pertaining to medical laboratory regulatory matters.
  • A certificate of attendance will be sent after the Annual Meeting. 

 

IMPORTANT:

  • All registrants of NSCMLT except those with a temporary license and are in attendance of the annual meeting are eligible to vote on motions. 
  • Other registered members and Guests are welcomed to attend but are not eligible to vote
  • Updates will be posted on the College website www.nscmlt.org
