Copy of a Canadian Government issued photo identification
Proof of 2025 Professional liability insurance $2,000,000
Resume
Copy of MLA diploma - if applicable
Proof of successful completion of certification exam (CSMLS or MLPAO) - if applicable
Pay required fees
If you qualify under the grandfather clause, Please complete the attached form and submit with your application Grandfather Clause Forum
Please complete the attached form and submit with your application MLA in Training form
