Reinstatement of a Lapsed License

Applicants that previously held a registration with the College, but surrendered for a period of time, will need to re-apply for registration. 

Remember: You cannot work as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Nova Scotia until you have received notice from NSCMLT that your application has been approved.

Reinstatement applicants are now required to successfully complete a jurispurdence exam. The exam will be assigned to applicants as per the REG.032 Jurisprudence Exam policy.

If required, complete and sign before commencement of employment . Once completd please upload to your supporting documents. Please review registration policy REG.012 Guidelines for the Direct Supervision of MLTs.
