Diversity, Inclusion and Equity

We have initiated collaborative efforts with A Team Coaching to establish comprehensive policies and procedures, a position statement, an inclusive recruitment strategy for the Board and Committees, best practices and recommendations for staff retention, diversity data collection, and continuous development that promote inclusivity and ensure the well-being of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
