The Medical Laboratory Assistant Licensing Fees
The initial license fee for 2025 will be $442. This includes a one time application fee $175.00 and a pro-rated license fee of $267. 00.
Fees must be directly paid to NSCMLT with the completed application.
2026 Annual fee will be $400
