Fair Registration Report
The Fair Registration Practices Act (FRPA) (PDF) pertains to 47 regulatory bodies in Nova Scotia. The Review Officer administers the FRPA to ensure that registration practices are transparent, objective, impartial, and procedurally fair.
To accommodate all applicants, regulatory bodies must establish clear pathways to registration for three applicant types: Nova Scotia; domestic and; international.
In April 2025, the NSCMLT underwent a review under the Fair Registration Practices Act (FRPA). The review concluded that the NSCMLT was in compliance with the FRPA.
