NSRMLS Lawyers presented on the new RHPA legislation, by-laws and its implications

Approved new standards of practice including provisions regarding AI use

Approved updated code of ethics

Changed license renewal deadline to December 1st and increased late fees to $250

Approved new NSRMLS logo

Discussed upcoming education day on December 5th featuring sessions on AI, legislation, and professional communications

Reviewed new MLA and MLT annual data provided by the NS Department of Health and Wellness
